Overview:A skirmish between The Black Jackets, notorious assassin's circle, and local law enforcement results in the capture of a fallen officer. Although the officer's transceiver allows his fellow policemen to negotiate with The Black Jackets over his safe return, his kidnappers unknowingly have until a shadowy infiltrator systematically terminates each member to come to a compromise.
