Overview:Stephanie learns she is to receive an award from her TV company but in light of what happened to Derek, she feels she doesn't deserve any award. Michael meets Ryan's parents for the first time and accidentally mentions that Ryan has acted as sperm donor for Mia. Ryan's parents are shocked.
