Overview:The Carson City area is the hub for this trip with a visit to the Nevada State Capitol Building, where the state’s history is on display. From there, it is north to Washoe Valley and Bower’s Mansion. Next day, travel west of Carson City for a hike in King’s Canyon and its waterfall, and the trip ends on the grounds of the Stewart Indian School, which has a new museum and visitor experience.
