Overview:Prime Evil desires to locate a decoding box that was accidentally dropped from space into the ocean. With the decoding box in his possession he believes that he could use it to learn every secret that the Governments of the world possess. When a new submarine is revealed to have been built Prime Evil sends Captain Long John Scarechrome to steal it.
