Overview:Beech investigates a series of handbag thefts from cars, but is angered when Skase fails to pursue the chief suspect, instead choosing to hold his small-time accomplice. Meanwhile, Hollis is determined to find out who is responsible for the outbreak of graffiti that has appeared about him on the toilet walls overnight, and despite his initial thoughts that one of his colleagues may be responsible, soon discovers an elaborate overtime scam involving a dodgy cleaner.
