Overview:A German shepherd, bought as a family pet, savages and kills a young girl. Quincy investigates and finds out that there are absolutely no rules or regulations regarding dog trainers. He decides that he wants to do something about this but soon realizes that not only is this near impossible but that there is also more to this particular situation then it first seemed.
