Overview:Fibber is disappointed when he's not selected to organize the lodge's annual dance, but gets his chance when his constant second-guessing causes the committee chairman to resign in a huff. His efforts to save money on the dance hall, decorations and entertainment nearly result in disaster, especially when the Governor and his wife decide to attend.
