Overview:Plans for emigration are made. Some plans include whether or not the Territorial Ambassador should bring in more ships or if the Darksis (the ship transporting the inhabitants) should make more trips back and forth. The women's sector is rallying for emigration rights so they won't be used as 'cattle' so to speak from the male prisoners.
