Overview:ICAC Chief Investigator POON CHIN KEI finds that the investigation on CHIN HO TUNG, Senior Superintendent of the Narcotics Bureau, is the most remarkable experience in his working history. TUNG is a very successful and reputable senior inspector in the police force. However, ICAC receives complaints about him and starts investigation. They discover that TUNG has been accepting benefits from Senior Inspector WU CHUN WAH, WAH’s wife CHOI YUE who operates a pub and a triad society member HAK CHAI MING.
