Overview:YING finally accepts CHING’s suggestion to join the contest for HIU. HIU believes that YING is not qualified yet but CHING believes that YING has potential and he decides to give him an intensive training. YING fails to cut the eel within the time limit and CHING scolds him angrily. Encouraged by KEUNG, YING finally accomplishes the task. HIU doesn’t want to be replaced and he tries to practice again but this makes his injury even worse. LUNG is ashamed and she reveals the truth to HIU. HIU is deeply shocked. KEUNG tries very hard to find other new ingredients to replace the specially made soy sauce and she finally develops a new soy sauce. On the contest day, YUNG comes to watch the show but YING wins the contest unexpectedly and he obtains the franchise of Yee Sushi. YUNG leaves angrily. HIU leaves the venue alone and he meets LUNG on the street. HIU decides to forget the past and start anew with LUNG……
