Overview:BONG begs YUE to let him stay in Xianyang. When BONG changes his mind later, YUE is outraged. CHI pleases LADY YUE deliberately and calls her sister. She hopes that LADY YUE can help to persuade YUE to send BONG away. YUE agrees to let BONG go, but he demands BONG to leave his children, parents, brother and sister-in-law behind as hostages.
