Overview:Joey, Packy, and Vic (Billy Chapin) learn about building rockets. They start a Rocket Research Society with Joey's high school teacher. Pete's worried that they'll all be blown to the moon. Vic's dad don't take much stock in rocketry and forbids Vic to join the Rocket Research Society.
