Overview:Captain Walker D. Plank plans to flood New Orleans by destroying the Levee with a large amount of explosive placed in a fake River Queen. During evacuation of New Orleans, Plank attempts to use this to his advantage to gain access to the U.S. mint and steal the printing press.
