Overview:To celebrate the city receiving an award, Mayor Martin declares a spectacle involving lots of light and water. Titanium Chef takes advantage of this to put the already overworked power station over the edge, plunging the city (and maybe even the world) into darkness. The Pack gets some unexpected help bringing the power back to the city.
