Overview:Ganapat Rao is dejected by the loss he has incurred and decides to take the extreme step and end his life. He meets Sai on the way and Sai gives him a few coins. Returning to the makeshift theatre, Ganapat Rao takes poison. Sai appears before Ganapat Rao and saves his life. Then, miraculously, Ganapat Rao finds money while packing. These events transform Ganapat Rao and he realizes Sai's divinity.
