Overview:In an episode that heavily references the story of Kibitsuhiko no Mikoto, Tenchi and Momo encounter Inukai Takeru, Sasa Morihiko, and Tome Tamaomi (retainers of the Emperor's prince in the original story), who resemble Hachiko, Touri, and Hana. While Tenchi continues their search, they come along, in search of a monster ravaging the area. They discover and have a short battle with a Ryoko (the monster) that doesn't recognize Tenchi. First Class Detective Mihoshi arrives in a battle suit to arrest her. (In the original story, the prince and the three retainers defeat an Oni).
