Overview:Due to earlier debacle, MAN-HO sparks an idea which is to purchase western cannons. However, SHEUNG TAK, the person in charge of foreign affairs, does not know any foreign languages; whereas the most outstanding one among the brokers is WONG YAT-HIN. MAN-HO discovers that HA SIM's uncle turns out be to YAT-HIN, so he specifically pays a visit to him. After MAN-HO invites YAT-HIN to his residence, YAT-HIN arrogantly demands semi-annual military pay and Prince's residence as his commission fee of helping them purchase the western cannons, to which YEE-TAI is strongly opposed.
