Overview:Kaushalya tells Ram about his sister Shanta. She tells him that Rishi Shringa had performed a yagna for his birth. The yagna had to be performed by a householder. Shanta had gone to Sringeri to marry the Rishi and bring him to Ayodhya. Ram vows to make Kaushalya meet Shanta.
